About Event

SpringSpree is the flagship annual cultural fest of National Institute of Technology, Warangal.Ever since its inception in 1978, SpringSpree has only grown to be bigger and better. It not only provides a platform for students all over the country to express themselves using various forms of art, it also encourages new cultural events and highlights the new forms of art. It is a rich cultural extravaganza. The Proshows organized during SpringSpree are performed by Nationally acclaimed artists and are the most awaited events of the Spree.

The Theme of SpringSpree 2019 is: KalaKshetra

Reflecting the fact that NIT Warangal has been the platform for students to learn, perform and excel in 64 forms of Kala (art) for the students. NIT Warangal ensures to groom the budding artists while encouraging and respecting their forms of arts and cultures. NIT Warangal strives to spread the message of art amongst the youth and doing everything to ensure the glorious future for art.

How to reach NIT Warangal

Air Route: Hyderabad is the nearest Airport from Warangal. Take a train or a cab to our campus, which takes around two and half hours by road and two hours by rail.

By Rail: Kazipet (3 kms) / Warangal (12 kms) are the nearest railheads. Many trains pass through Kazipet junction, which is generally preferred.

By Road: NIT Warangal is 2½ hrs drive by cab on Hyderabad - Warangal National Highway number-202.
